Guest Edited by Amy Fox and Michael Chazan. CJA/JCA 47(2). Wyman was an anatomist and the first Director of the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology at Harvard University. The term Kjoekkenmoedding comes from the designation for shell-heaps used by Danish prehistorians who identified similar features and provided the inspiration for Wyman's research.](https://canadianarchaeology.com/caa/sites/default/files/styles/pub_cover_image_sm88x127/public/publications/covers/journal-canadien-darcheologie/2025/47-2-cover-web-rev.jpg?itok=4JUHok3U)
