HBI has just released its quarterly sentiment survey of heritage office managers in Canada (and the U.S.). These are the first data on the COVID-19 impact on HRM/CRM/environmental compliance … and they are not good. Because of the importance of these data, we are making this report available for free. The attached news release has a code that your members can use to obtain a free copy. Please let me know if you have questions.
