Abstract

Some of the problems confronting St. Lawrence Iroquoian archaeology will be examined on several levels ranging from those revealed by current (1992) topical literature regarding the Iroquoians and anthropological literature collateral to Iroquoian archaeology, to those inherent in current St. Lawrence Iroquoian archaeological orthodoxy.
