Conference Registration

Dear CAA/ACA-ASA 2020 registrants,
 

As you will have heard, we have made the difficult decision to cancel CAA/ACA-ASA 2020 in Edmonton. We are planning to host the conference in Edmonton next year.
 

Please note we will be refunding all registration fees for the conference. See below for specific instructions as to how you will receive a refund.
 

  • If you paid online through the website, you will receive a refund processed through Stripe. It might take a few days for the transaction to be posted to the account through which you paid. Please direct any questions about this option to Joanne Braaten: secretary-treasurer@canadianarchaeology.com
  • If you paid by sending a cheque, most have not yet been deposited. Our intention is to destroy the cheques received if they haven't been deposited and to send a cheque to you if they have been deposited. If you have concerns about this or need information about another method of payment, please contact our Budget officer for the meetings, Dawn Wambold (rpiche@ualberta.ca) or the Registration Chair, Todd Kristensen, toddk@ualberta.ca.

If you booked a room at the Sutton Place or Sandman Hotel, please contact the hotel directly to cancel and receive a refund for any deposit paid.
