- The CAA/ACA is able to offer assistance to student conference participants to offset their travel and accommodation costs.
- Grant applicants must be members in good standing and must participate directly in the scholarly program of the Annual Conference by presenting a paper or poster for which they are first (primary) author, or by being a Session Discussant or an Invited Presenter.
- Applicants must submit a completed application form (you must be logged in to access the application form on the Members Only page) along with scanned original travel receipts for travel and accommodation expenses claimed during the conference, no later than July 1, 2026.
- Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for funding. All eligible applications will receive an equivalent percentage of their expenses.
- Download the PDF file, fill it out, and submit to the CAA Treasurer-Elect by July 1, 2026. Any questions can be addressed to treasurer-elect@canadianarchaeology.com.
