This pedastalled zoomorphic stone bowl, an impressive piece of sculpture in its own right, is unique in that it represents the first such item to have been recovered and reported from a dated archaeological context on the west coast of British Columbia. The artifact is one of the benchmarks of the Marpole Culture type and was recovered from a unique high-elevation site.</style></abstract><issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">1+2</style></issue></record></records></xml>
